I am aware that my deposit amount of $ 200.00 is non refundable, should I decide I do not want or am unable to take said puppy. There are no refunds on Deposits. Failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for their possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of this Puppy. Please note what ever money you send towards the purchase of the puppy is NON-refundable.
